this is a unique dish we have tried this one in a Pakistan restaurant . it is easy to make and tasty as well....
ingredients :
grated cheese (preferably chedder)
atta : all purpose flour = 1: 1
oil , salt, sugar, water.
knead a soft dough with atta, all purpose flour , salt, sugar, oil and water. cover and keep it aside forhalf an hour... now pinch off the dough and make medium sized ball ... roll it .....pour cheese and seal the dough (as we do it for making kochuri)...again roll out and make little thicker than roti...grill it on tawa...dont fry it...enjoy chhese ruti with salad and stew...
