For whatever reason, Little Magazines - which, in the field of literature, are roughly parallels to indie music, seem to have failed to use the Internet as a vehicle for publication & distribution.

Can anything be done to help them ? Do they even want help ?

Are there Little Magazines in other languages and countries in the world ?

Also, this site claims "TLM is South Asia's only professionally produced independent print magazine devoted to essays, fiction, poetry, art and criticism." - really ?
